3. Scheduling and Third-Party Vendors 

Dynamic Pain Care does not use third-party apps or platforms to schedule or manage appointments. All scheduling is handled directly by Dynamic Pain Care staff. Patients may call or text our office to schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments. SMS messages may also include reminders, office updates, or responses to patient questions. Your information is not shared with outside scheduling or booking services. 

4. Data Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. While we take these measures seriously, no system can guarantee absolute security. 

5. HIPAA Compliance Dynamic Pain Care complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Protected Health Information (PHI) is maintained and disclosed only as permitted by law. 

6. Retention of Communications SMS and other communications related to patient care may be retained in your medical record as required by law or for documentation purposes. 

7. Children’s Privacy Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
